Homework for weeks 1/3 - 1/5 and 1/8- 1/12

 Our Journeys story of the week is “Officer Buckle and Gloria.” There are 14 spelling words and 2 challenge (bonus) words. There are also 10 high frequency words. Please have your child practice reading, writing, and spelling both lists of words. Vocabulary words and Grammar skill (abbreviations) for lesson 15 are in the Journeys textbook, if you’d like to review these and the story with your child. Due to the shortened school week, we’ll be spending this week and next week on lesson 15. Language arts tests will be on Friday, January 12th.

We’ll be reviewing 2-digit subtraction with and without regrouping, and will have the chapter 5 test Tuesday, January 9th.

ReadnQuiz: Because of the break, we won’t visit the Library until next Monday, so there is no RQ requirement for this week.
