Homework for weeks 9/5 and 9/11

Our Journeys story of the week is “Dogs.” There are 14 spelling words and 2 challenge (bonus) words. There are also 10 high frequency words. Please have your child practice reading, writing, and spelling both lists of words. Vocabulary words and Grammar skill (types of sentences) for lesson 3 are in the Journeys textbook, if you’d like to review these with your child. Due to the short week, language arts tests will be on Friday, September 15th.

We’re finishing up chapter 1 (addition to 20) in Sadlier Math, and will test over the chapter on Friday, September 8th.

ReadnQuiz: Please make sure your child read his/her RQ book and passes the RQ test before Monday, September 11th. All library books need to be returned by 9/11.
