Our Journeys story of the week is “Half Chicken.” There are 14 spelling words and 2 challenge (bonus) words. There are also 10 high frequency words. Please have your child practice reading, writing, and spelling both lists of words. Our spelling words are base words plus suffixes un- and re-. We also have 2 review words. Vocabulary words and Grammar skill for lesson 24 are in the Journeys textbook, if you’d like to review these with your child. Language Arts tests will be on Friday, May 19th.
