Our Journeys story of the week is “How Chipmunk Got His Stripes.” We have 14 spelling words and 2 challenge (bonus) words. We also have 10 high frequency words. Please have your child practice reading, writing, and spelling both lists of words. Vocabulary words and Grammar skill (verbs in present tense) for lesson 9 are in the Journeys textbook, if you’d like to review these with your child. Language arts tests will be on Friday, November 3rd.

We’re starting chapter 4 (2-digit addition) in Sadlier Math, and will be working on our project for STREAM night.
