IXL: For Language Arts homework, please have your child complete the Journeys skill plan for lesson 4, Diary of a Spider on IXL. For Math, have your child complete the Sadlier skill plan for chapter 4, sections 4-1 to 4-3. I’ll be checking for completion of both of these Tuesday, Dec. 8th.

2nd Grade Science

The 2nd graders had fun learning about the three states of matter: solid, liquid, and gas. Our experiments were a HUGE success!

I’ll be checking for completion on Wednesday, November 18th. Please have your child continue working on IXL Math, section M. 

BATS!

The second graders had a fun time learning facts about bats and creating their very own bat. Even though some of their bats look scary, we learned that bats are harmless to humans and help us so much!
